Products and prices

The products offered on this website are described in as much detail as possible. However, in some cases, there may be an error or omission in the product descriptions.

All product prices indicated on the website are listed in euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, these prices do not include shipping costs for the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Customer. Discounts will not be cumulative under any circumstances, and the company reserves the right to change them whenever it deems appropriate.

Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time.

Purchase Process

Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, the customer will receive an order confirmation email at the provided address. This email does not constitute a final acceptance of your order, but rather a confirmation that we have received it.

We reserve the right to accept or cancel the order for any reason and at any time. In case of rejection, we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund of your purchase will be processed.

Availability

The store will inform the customer of product availability and will keep the information updated with stock levels in the warehouse. Under no circumstances will the store intentionally offer for sale more units than it has available or that the supplier has reserved for it.

In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not entitle the customer to cancel the entire order. If, as a result of this cancellation, the customer wishes to return the delivered product, they must follow the stipulations in the Return section.

Delivery

The store undertakes to deliver the products within the timeframe indicated at the time of placing the order. However, this timeframe is estimated and does not constitute a firm commitment. We are not responsible for delivery delays that are beyond our control, such as transport or customs issues.

Payment

The store has advanced security measures integrated into product payment. Payment is made on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, so that information is transmitted encrypted with 128-bit algorithms. Your bank card details are entered directly on the bank's website and are not recorded on any ZEBRADOS server.
